1Scope
These terms of service apply to the use of this website and to all quotes, agreements and services of Nano Support BV, Zevenbunder 5, 2580 Putte, Belgium, company number BE 0779.540.203 (“Nano Support”, “we”).
By using this website or by accepting a quote, you agree to these terms. Deviations are only valid if we agree on them in writing. Your own general terms do not apply unless we explicitly accept them in writing.
2Use of this website
We put care into the information on this website, but it is general in nature and may contain errors or become outdated. It is not tailored advice for your situation and cannot be considered a binding offer.
You may not use this website in a way that damages it, disrupts it or makes it less accessible to others, and you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
3Quotes and agreements
Our quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed when you accept a quote in writing (email is sufficient) or when we start working at your request.
The scope, planning, budget and form of the collaboration (for example fixed price, time and materials, or a fractional role) are described in the quote or agreement. Changes in scope are discussed with you first and can affect the budget and planning.
4How we deliver our services
We perform our services to the best of our ability and in line with good professional practice. Our commitments are obligations of means, not of result, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
A good result depends on good collaboration. You give us timely access to the information, people, systems and decisions we need. Delays caused by missing input can affect the planning and budget.
5Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed differently, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
In case of late payment, we may charge interest and a fixed compensation for recovery costs in accordance with the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions. We may also suspend our work until outstanding invoices are paid.
6Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the rights to the deliverables we create specifically for you, such as source code, documentation and designs, unless agreed otherwise.
We keep the rights to our general knowledge, methods, tools and reusable components that we used before or outside your project. You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use them as part of your deliverables.
The texts, illustrations, logo and design of this website belong to Nano Support and may not be reused without our written permission.
7Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential all information they receive from each other in the context of the collaboration and that is marked as confidential or should reasonably be considered confidential. This obligation continues after the collaboration ends.
8Liability
Our liability is limited to direct damage resulting from a proven error on our part, and in any case to the amount invoiced for the assignment in question during the 12 months before the event that caused the damage.
We are not liable for indirect damage such as lost profit, lost data or reputational damage, or for damage caused by third-party software, services or suppliers. These limitations do not apply in case of fraud or intentional misconduct.
We are not liable for the content of external websites that are linked from this website.
9Termination
The duration and notice periods of an ongoing collaboration are set out in the agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect if the other party seriously breaches its obligations and doesn’t remedy this within 15 days after written notice. Work performed until termination remains payable.
10Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When we process personal data on your behalf during a project, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
11Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. We always try to resolve disagreements in good faith first. If that doesn’t work, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, division Mechelen, have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time of your use or agreement. Last updated on 7 October 2026.
